From a frozen laptop the morning of a deadline to a brand-new PC that needs everything moved over from the old one — our certified technicians handle Windows, macOS, desktops, laptops, and everything in between. No guesswork, no upselling.
Whether it's a desktop tower or the latest MacBook Pro, we diagnose, quote upfront, then fix it — fast.
Tower not booting? Random shutdowns? Fans roaring at idle? We diagnose down to the component — PSU, motherboard, RAM, or thermal paste — and quote before we open anything.
Cracked screen, dead battery, sticky keys, charging port chaos — we stock common parts for HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, and Asus, so most repairs ship same-week.
Apple-savvy technicians handle macOS reinstalls, Time Machine restores, stuck Apple ID logins, and the dreaded spinning beach ball. We know which fixes Apple Support won't tell you.
Fresh Windows 11 install, dual-boot configurations, recovery from a corrupted Windows.old, or upgrading a Mac to the latest macOS — we make sure drivers, licenses, and your data come out clean on the other side.
Rootkits, ransomware, browser hijackers, ad-popups, fake antivirus, crypto-miners — we remove them safely using offline scans and bootable rescue tools so they don't come back.
A 4-year-old PC can feel like new with the right work. We trim startup, clean junk, update drivers, defrag (SSD-aware), and check for failing hardware before you spend on a replacement.
BSOD codes, boot loops, "no operating system found," Windows stuck on the spinning circle — we read the actual error, repair the boot record, and rescue data first if needed.
The single best dollar-per-speed upgrade is usually adding RAM and swapping a spinning drive for an SSD. We advise on compatibility, source the part, and clone your existing system over.
New laptop? We move your documents, photos, browser bookmarks, email accounts, signed-in apps, printer profiles, and Wi-Fi credentials — so day one on the new machine feels like day 500 on the old one.
Outlook stuck syncing? Gmail not sending? New domain email? We configure mailboxes across Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and mobile — including calendars, signatures, and shared folders.
Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, QuickBooks, business-specific apps — we install, license, configure, and update so you're not chasing activation codes when you need to work.
Before you spend on parts, we test. MemTest86 for RAM, SMART scans for drives, GPU stress tests, thermal monitoring — we tell you exactly what's failing, with the proof on screen.
Every computer job follows the same predictable path so you always know what's next and what it will cost.
Call or use the form. Describe the symptom in plain words — error messages, when it started, anything you tried. We don't need technical jargon.
A technician inspects the machine — either remotely or in person — and finds the root cause. You see the diagnostic output yourself.
You get a written, fixed price — no hourly meter running. If it's not worth fixing, we say so and recommend alternatives.
Remote or on-site, in your home or our workshop. Every change is documented so you can see exactly what we did.
You test the fix while we're there. The same issue returns within 30 days? We come back at no extra cost.
If your question isn't here, just ask. We'd rather answer twice than have you wonder.
Depends on what's wrong. A new SSD and 8GB of RAM ($120–$180 total, installed) will breathe years of life into a healthy 6-year-old PC. But a failing motherboard or CPU usually isn't worth it. We diagnose first and tell you honestly — we don't get a commission on new computers.
No. Before any reinstall we copy your Documents, Pictures, Desktop, Downloads, browser profiles, and any data folders you point us to onto a separate drive. After the install we put everything back. We also reinstall your common software and put your printers and Wi-Fi back exactly as they were.
No fix, no fee. If we genuinely can't solve it, you don't pay a diagnostic charge. The exception is hardware we ordered specifically for the job — we explain those costs in writing before purchase.
Most modern malware can be removed in 60–90 minutes over a remote session. Heavier infections — rootkits, ransomware, fake-AV bundles — can take 2–4 hours including the offline scan and the post-cleanup hardening pass. We always quote a flat rate upfront, never hourly.
Yes — every one of our senior technicians is Mac-fluent. We handle macOS reinstalls, Time Machine, FileVault, Apple ID lock-outs, kernel panics, and the post-Sonoma quirks. For deep board-level repairs we partner with an Apple-authorized lab.
Yes. We use an end-to-end encrypted remote tool that you initiate from your side — we can't connect unless you click "allow." You can see what we're doing the entire time, and you can end the session with one click. We never store screen recordings or file copies after the session ends.
Plenty of shops will take your money. Fewer will leave you with a machine that's still healthy two years later.
Every technician carries CompTIA A+ at minimum. Mac specialists carry Apple ACMT. Background checks before every hire.
Call before 4pm on a weekday and a technician will be in touch within 30 minutes — most jobs are resolved that same day.
If a $40 cleaning solves it, we tell you. If a $90 SSD is a better spend than a $900 PC, we say so. We don't sell what you don't need.
Every fix is covered for 30 days. If the same issue comes back, we return at no extra cost — parts and labor.
Pick up the phone. A senior technician will diagnose by voice in 5 minutes and tell you whether it's a 30-minute remote job, a workshop drop-off, or a "buy a new one" situation.
My laptop wouldn't even boot the morning of a big client pitch. They jumped on a remote session in 15 minutes, recovered all my files, and had me back working before lunch.
A different shop quoted me a new motherboard. Tech Support Group ran diagnostics and showed me it was just a dying power supply. Saved $400 and got my desktop back the same week.
They migrated everything from my old iMac to the new MacBook — including iMessage, Photos, my Outlook accounts. Day one on the new machine and I didn't have to figure out a single thing.
One call, one honest diagnosis. We'll have it running again — or tell you why it's not worth fixing.
